Thursday and Friday, we were able to spend the days at the beach. Quinta-feira e sexta-feira, fomos capazes de passar o dia na praia. This was personally my first time to ever see the Pacific Ocean, and it was definitely a blast! Esta foi minha primeira vez pessoalmente para sempre vê o Oceano Pacífico, e era definitivamente uma grande explosão!
Getting to our destination was nothing like what I would have expected. Chegar ao nosso destino era nada como aquilo que eu teria esperado. We had to travel through the mountains to get to the beach. Tivemos de viajar através das montanhas para chegar à praia. Two of my favorite things to do! Duas das minhas favoritas coisas para fazer! The view was breathtaking! A vista era deslumbrante!
When we arrived, we went straight to the water after we ate lunch. Quando chegamos, fomos direto para a água depois que comeu almoço. For those of you who know me well, I am deathly afraid of the ocean. Para aqueles de vocês que me conhecem bem, estou deathly medo do oceano. And yes, I did get in, and I am so glad I did. E sim, eu fiz em obter, e estou satisfeito por isso eu fiz. The waves were incredible. As ondas eram incríveis.
On the Atlantic Coast or the Gulf, waves are either small or non-existent. Na costa atlântica ou do Golfo, as ondas sejam consideradas pequenas ou inexistentes. Here they were so strong, you would get sucked under and flipped in 8 different directions. Aqui eles foram tão forte, você pode ficar sob sugado e flipped em 8 direcções diferentes. Even though it sounds kinda dangerous, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Mesmo que soa kinda perigoso, eu não comerciais-lo para alguma coisa. It was an unforgettable time. Foi um momento inesquecível.
After one night on the beach, we were not willing to leave just yet. Após uma noite na praia, nós não estavam dispostos a deixar pouco ainda. As hard as it is to believe, we, yes the senior class, woke up voluntarily at 7 in the morning to go to the beach before breakfast. Quanto dura como está a acreditar, estamos, sim a classe sênior, acordou-se voluntariamente às 7 da manhã para ir à praia antes do pequeno-almoço.
The beach trip was definitely too short. A praia viagem foi definitivamente muito curto. This was one of the most incredible beaches I have ever seen. Esta foi uma das praias mais incríveis que alguma vez vi. The beach itself was surrounded by the rainforest. A praia em si foi cercado pela floresta tropical. The resort we stayed at had absolutely everything you could think of. O resort que tinham permanecido em absolutamente tudo o que você poderia pensar. From putt-putt to indoor soccer to paths through the rainforest. - De putt putt de futebol indoor para caminhos através da floresta tropical.
We didn’t get to do everything, but we definitely enjoyed ourselves! Nós não podemos fazer tudo, mas nós estamos definitivamente desfrutado! The one thing that did freak me out the most was the bugs and the wildlife. A única coisa que fez freak me out as mais foi a bugs e da vida selvagem. At home, if a bug falls in your hair, you at least know what it is. Em casa, quando cai um bug em seu cabelo, você pelo menos sabe o que é isso. Here, you have know idea if it will kill you or not! Aqui, você tem idéia saber se ela vai matá-lo ou não! I’m just kiddin. Eu sou apenas kiddin.
The wildlife was definitely different than the US. A vida selvagem foi definitivamente diferente do que os E.U.. The crabs were purple and orange, and there were iguanas as big as your leg every time you turned around. Os caranguejos foram roxo e laranja, e houve iguanas tão grande como a sua perna cada vez que se transformou em redor. It was definitely a time I will never forget. Foi definitivamente uma vez vou esquecer nunca.
As this week comes to a close, I am far from ready to leave. No que esta semana chega ao fim, estou longe de estar pronto para sair. My heart will remain in Costa Rica while my body and mind prepares for college. Meu coração permanecerá na Costa Rica, enquanto o meu corpo e mente prepara para a faculdade. This trip has definitely been an eye opening experience for me, and I wouldn’t change it for anything…unless I could make it longer! Esta visita tem sido definitivamente um olho abertura experiência para mim, e eu não mudá-lo para… nada menos que eu poderia torná-lo mais tempo!
