Washtenaw in Jamaica (Ya Mon!)

We met at Tim Horton’s house in Saline at 4:45 a.m. We traveled to the airport and after a short flight to St. Paul, we ran to catch our four hour flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica!
Woooow!
Isle Go and SCORE staff picked us up at 4:30 p.m in Montego Bay. Somehow we managed to pack 21 people and all our luggage into a 25 passenger bus for the drive to Mammee Bay to our villas.
Our bus was stuck in a traffic jam for over an hour on what looked like a small safari. By this time we were tired and sick of traveling but were having too much fun to care. Everyone we’ve met has been so easy-going.
We ate a wonderful dinner consisting of goat meat, fish, rice and mashed potatoes with peas.
Jamaica is beautiful! We are so excited to explore more of Jamaica tomorrow. Wish you were here!
